Design Policy

If you are providing your own design: We are not responsible for any spelling mistakes, design errors, image quality, sizing, formatting, or other errors provided in your submitted design. A draft will still be sent for your approval before production begins.
If you are providing your own design but need edits: Designing and/or editing fees may apply depending on the complexity of the design. To keep production on schedule, the design process will have a reasonable time limit. Delays in communication may delay your order. A draft will be sent to you for approval before production begins.
If we’re designing together: We’ll be in constant communication to ensure your vision comes to life. Designing and/or editing fees may apply depending on the complexity of the design. To keep production on schedule, the design process will have a reasonable time limit. Delays in communication may delay your order. A draft will be sent to you for approval before production begins.
Every custom order receives a design draft before production begins. For both your designs and ones we create, please carefully review:
* Spelling
* Grammar
* Colours
* Placement
* Sizing
* Design details
* Any other customization requests
Once you approve the final draft, production will begin. Changes requested before final approval are included within reason. Once the draft has been approved, any additional changes will be subject to a $3.00 revision fee per change. Some changes may not be possible depending on how far production has progressed. No changes can be made once production has been completed.
BUSINESS RIGHTS:
888angelzzz has the right to refuse service and ban people from shopping with us. 888angelzzz is a registered business so therefore taking our logo and/or breaching our policy and/or terms of service will result in legal action.
FEES:
Customers may be subject to shipping, VAT, and/or duty fees. We are not responsible for additional charges throughout the shipping, pick-up, and/or delivery process.
