Refund policy

REFUND, RETURN, AND EXCHANGES POLICY
All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges due to custom/personalized, hygienic and sanitary reasons. 
888angelzzz will accept refund requests within 24 hours of the delivery date, but they are not guaranteed. To make a refund request, please email info@888angelzzz.com or text 437-452-3905 with your name, order number, reason for refund request, and pictures of your item(s).
888angelzzz does not issue full refunds, only partial. Only partial refunds will be issued if the refund request was approved by 888angelzzz. Use of packaging, material, and shipping cost/service will be deducted from the subtotal.

 


ORDER CANCELLATIONS
888angelzzz does not accept order cancellations after the order has been deemed processed and/or shipped.

 


WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS / ORDER SENT BACK
888angelzzz is not responsible if a customer had provided the wrong shipping address and/or for orders that are sent back to us due to insufficient address that was provided by the consumer. If an order was sent back to 888angelzzz due to an insufficient address, the customer can request a refund as long as it’s in the possession of 888angelzzz for a partial refund to be issued. Refunds are not guaranteed. Use of packaging, material, and shipping cost will be deducted from the subtotal. If you would like your order to be resent, additional shipping fees will be applied.


 

EXCEPTIONS
We may provide a partial refund or store credit for incorrect products that was shipped to you. If the product you originally ordered is in stock, that item will be reshipped to you with no additional shipping costs. Please keep in mind that partial refunds and/or store credits are not guaranteed.
In the unlikely event that an incorrect product was shipped to you, the customer must contact our Customer Service email (info@888angelzzz.comwithin 24 hours of the delivery date. Customers must attach photos of the items they had received with a screenshot of your order confirmation email that was sent to you as well as your name for review. Upon review and investigation, we will respond accordingly. When the decision has been made and if approved, 888angelzzz will make sure your replacement is placed and sent out. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will provide a partial refund or a store credit. Use of packaging, material, and shipping cost will not be included in the refund.
 



888angelzzz is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
888angelzzz is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen and/or damaged items and/or packages that were poorly handled by the shipping mailer/carrier.
888angelzzz is not responsible for orders that are shipped and/or sent back due to insufficient address that was provided by the consumer.
888angelzzz is not responsible for allergies/allergic reactions and/or injuries. Ingredients and/or product material are listed within every product description.
888angelzzz is not responsible for any custom, duty, and/or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).




888angelzzz BUSINESS RIGHTS:
888angelzzz has the right to refuse service and ban people from shopping with our company. 888angelzzz is a registered business so therefore taking our logo, content without credit and/or consent, and/or breaching our policy and/or terms of service will result in legal action.
