- Packaging, marketing materials, and other original business content

All such content remains the property of 888angelzzz unless otherwise stated or agreed to in writing.
Unauthorized Use
Without prior written permission from 888angelzzz, you may not do anything listed below. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Use our photographs, videos, graphics, or written content for your own business or personal commercial purposes
- Copy or imitate our logo, branding, or visual identity
- Use the name 888angelzzz or our logo in a way that suggests you own, operate, represent, sponsor, or are affiliated with our business
- Claim our designs, artwork, photographs, videos, branding, or other content as your own
- Recreate our custom designs for yourself or another person
- Manufacture, reproduce, or distribute products using our original designs
- Use our designs or products as templates for commercial reproduction
- Resell reproductions of our products or designs
- Remove, crop, alter, or obscure our branding, watermark, copyright notices, or other identifying information
- Use our content, designs, branding, or products to create competing commercial products or materials
Products & Resale
Purchasing a physical product from 888angelzzz does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, intellectual property, branding, or creative rights. Unless expressly authorized in writing, customers may not reproduce, manufacture, copy, modify for commercial reproduction, or resell products incorporating 888angelzzz’s original designs.
Custom Orders
When you purchase a custom item, you are purchasing the finished physical product, not ownership or copyright of the underlying artwork or design. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, 888angelzzz retains the intellectual property rights to original designs, artwork, templates, graphics, and other creative materials created by us.
Business Name & Branding
The name 888angelzzz, our logo, branding, and associated brand materials may not be copied, reproduced, altered, registered, or used in a manner that creates confusion about the source, ownership, sponsorship, or affiliation of a business, product, service, or social media account. Purchasing a product from 888angelzzz does not grant permission to use our business name, logo, branding, or other brand assets for commercial purposes.
Copyright & Intellectual Property Enforcement
If we discover that our intellectual property, business name, branding, designs, photographs, videos, or other original content have been used without authorization, we reserve the right to request that the unauthorized content be removed and to take any further action available to us under applicable law. This may include submitting copyright or intellectual property infringement complaints to relevant platforms, requesting removal of unauthorized listings or content, contacting the individual or business responsible, and pursuing legal remedies where appropriate.
If you believe you have received permission to use any 888angelzzz content, design, branding, or other intellectual property, please ensure that you have written authorization from us before using it.

BUSINESS RIGHTS: 888angelzzz has the right to refuse service and ban people from shopping with us. 888angelzzz is a registered business so therefore taking our logo and/or breaching our policy and/or terms of service will result in legal action.
FEES: Customers may be subject to shipping, VAT, and/or duty fees. We are not responsible for additional charges throughout the shipping, pick-up, and/or delivery process.
